The intuitive touch-screen wireless system supports the selection of intelligent enhancements to existing systems with call types, prioritization, feedback, delegations, etc.
The system was developed at the Institute of Telematics in collaboration with IMIS / ISE and the UKSH. For the needs analysis, patients were interviewed in hospitals of the UKSH.
The prototypically implemented concept increases patient satisfaction and at the same time reduces the time required for the nursing staff.
