In addition to the wound therapists and nurses from the Kiel and Lübeck hospital sites, the invitation was also followed by representatives of well-known associations
(Chronic Wunden e.V initiative, Stoma, Continence, Wunde e.V., German Society for Wound Healing and Wound Management e.V.).
Participants were invited to put the process of chronic wound care through their paces, and then to designate the posts through technical assistance
could lead to an improvement of the process.
The goal is to optimize the process and thus the quality of wound treatment through innovative, digital technologies.
